Returns and Refunds
Our items are carefully packed to arrive in good condition.
If, however, a parcel arrives that is damaged, please contact us and then return the goods and the damaged packaging as evidence. Please be aware that if we do not receive item we cannot refund the item. We therefore strongly suggest that you have it tracked.
If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If the goods are faulty or were sent to you in error we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
Shipping within New Zealand is at the flat rate of NZ$5.00 per order.
Orders are sent via courier and you can expect your order to arrive within 1 – 3 working days (please add an extra two days for rural delivery). You will be sent an email with tracking details as soon as your order is packed.
We offer international shipping at the flat rate of $15 worldwide. This service usually takes between 7 – 21 working days. It is an untracked service and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
